GB Update, now USB PC Mode doesn't work

So after my GB update, my USB PC mode does not work. It fails to install the driver. Also when I disconnect my DX it doesn't unmount my SD card and the only way to do so is to reboot the phone. Any ideas?

All the other USB modes work and I have toggled the USB debugging with no effect.
