GB memory optimization causes bootloop

Hey just mentioning that for me, when I did the memory optimization, it put my phone in a boot loop. How would I fix it without a nandroid? I'm also curious why it would do this. I set it to:

Foreground app: 6
Visible app: 10
Secondary server: 20
Hidden app: 24
Content provider: 28
Empty app: 28
