Game like bubble army on android?

ive been bugging my friend to make this app, however he never really made the app. i wanted the app to be a game similiar to this game called bubble army on the android. Bubble Army - Addictive RTS game for BlackBerry Storm this is the website for it. i brang it up again and he says that there is now a new game like this on the android but he could not remember the name of it. i think theres also a game on ipod for this called like DeLuxe. anyone know the name of the app?

Try Epiwar. It's not nearly as polished, but it's the same idea. Maybe with positive feedback the dev will improve on it.
