Gallery question

I have a quick question. How come when I download files to my droid, I have to reboot the phone in order to view them in the gallery? It's happened on every rom I've tried. This may not be a liberty specific question, but I'm running liberty now. You can move this thread if it's in the wrong place.

How long are you waiting, I have to open up the gallery and then wait a little bit, you will see it way loading new items or something like that.

Are you using the Blur Gallery or the 3d Gallery?

If you are using the Blur Gallery items are going to take alot longer to load then in the 3d.

o wow, i can reload my whole gallery in that amount of time, and I have over 1000 pictures, 2000+ launcher icons and all kinds of stuff on my card.

Did you ever have any problems with the gallery before you put a new rom on your phone?

How big of sd card are you using?

Yes I have always had to reboot in order to see images after I put them on my sd card.

hmmmm im not sure that a 32g will work in the D2, i think that 16 is max

i will look that up and get back to ya on it

The easiest and fastest way to get your pictures to show up in the gallery is to go in to

Settings >> SD Card and Phone Storage Settings >> Unmount SD Card and then remount it. Takes 2 seconds and all your pictures should show up the next time you open the gallery.
