If you read through it, cellzealot says they have permission to release the full sbf for the leak. It was posted on p3droids twitter and was just giving a heads up to look out for the file because it will be pulled quickly

Well... the links I've followed on the web and the instructions from the MyDroidWorld post say the file is (Blur_2.3.320_System_2.2.1)(2.3.320 Deodexed). And that is what is under the app. 148MB. I assume that it is the full thing just as they posted on MyDroidWorld
