Frozen Screen

hello all, i was in an app and the screen froze completely and now i cant do anything? will some please help

I believe if you hold power + both volume buttons.. That should reboot the phone

We have nothing to fear but running out if beer

Actually it's power + down volume for about ten seconds for a soft reset. It should cure your problem.

That worked! Thank you so much. I thought I was going to have to go to the Verizon store to have them fix it or take the phone back. lol!
