Browser is Frozen - white screen

Hi,
I'm hoping this is an easy fix.

I opened the browser to look at my google calendar and the screen froze, not allowing me to edit any events.

I closed it, thinking it would fix itself (hoping) and later returned. Now my screen is stuck in a frozen white screen. I've emptied the cache, cleared history.. not sure what else to try. I attempted to go to other web pages which are bookmarked but the page will not change and the URL address will not update to a different page.

Right now, the URL appears to be https://m.google.com...

Doesn't matter if I hit refresh or try to open another window.. All I have is a white screen.

Any advice?

Standard electronic procedure - reboot.
