FRF57 to FRF84B *Please Help*

Sorry if this was talked about already. Tried searching for this issue...

I'm running 2.2 FRF57 38829 test-keys and I'm trying to install FRF84B on top of it. Whether I use Clockwork or SP to install, it never installs. I don't even get an error, it looks like it installs, but just stops.

Has anyone else run into this issue going from FRF57 to 84B? Any help would be great. Tried a bunch of different tactics too. Tried Wiping Data numerous times and nothing seems to work.

Thoughts?

Don't know about those FRF builds, but you can flash your Droid using RSD Lite to 2.1 then use the OTA files from Pete's site to get to FRG01B:

Do you know if those OTA files on his site are rooted for wireless tethering and such?

The FRF roms are kind of old. If you are rooted and want wireless tethering, etc, just go with one of the current developer roms like Lithium Mod, or Sapphire.

Went with Sapphire. And man is it more solid than my last build. Thanks man.
