Without any fanfare, Swype has changed their install app a number of times. If you're a beta tester, your problem should be solved by running the latest install app and installing from there. Just go to the Swype beta site and request an email with a link to the latest install program: https://beta.swype.com/android/user/
If you're not one of their beta testers, then I'm not sure how to proceed. Surely someone else will chime in?
