My D3 volume rocker has stopped working, (sadly...)
and I was wondering since the D3 is backordered for over a week, would they let me pay a little more for the Bionic in 5 days if its releasing?

I'm not sure how it works, but I was able to pay 45 to get a Droid X has a replacement over an Incredible.

I am willing to pay around 100$ for it. Any more and I'd rather stick with my D3.

how long have you had the d3?

if it's within the 14 days(?) then all you'd pay is a restocking fee

might have to talk the employee into it, but if you're good with words then you should be able to.

If you used an early upgrade and you make a return you will lose your early upgrade. Got stuck with an iPhone when I turned in my thunderbolt because of that. Just a heads up.

No, its been around a month. :/
Then again, it'd been 6 months with my Incredible when I talked him into it. :)

No, I paid full retail for the Droid 3.
My X had water damage and the warranty wouldn't replace it.
