Flashing with GB602 and Apex 2.0 RC3

I installed GB 602 and Apex 2.0 RC3 this weekend. Was previously in RC2.

All is working fine.

Problem I have is I want to install the Market patch to allow me to purchase apps; however, I am unable to boot in Clockwork to flash this file. I have tried both Droid X and Droid 2 Bootstrapper. I also tried from Rom Manager.

What is going on with this?
