Flashing back to Stock

Hi everyone, I've had my bionic for about 3 months, and it had a problem. It's being replaced under warranty and the new phone is coming in the mail tomorrow. The old one is rooted, 4ever rooted, and has Clockworkmod installed. I've also used the Bionic bootstrap. I need to get it back to stock, so I can send it back to the company. How can I get it totally back to stock? I know I can use Pete's mod to get back to stock unrooted, but I don't think that will get rid of CWM recovery. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Look up and run RSD LITE you just have to download a couple files. I did have them but lost th data thanks to my 7 year old. I haven't had time to look it up again. Worked fine for me.
