How to remove CWM, unroot, and restore to factory stock rom

I need help unrooting my bionic, removing CWM, restoring the factory recovery, and restoring factory rom.

I made the mistake of using rom manager to install CWM instead of using bootstrap and everything is messed up. The super user app is installed but every app I try to use that requires root access tells me there is an error and I do not actually have root access. I tried using Pete's Motorola Root Tools to remove unroot the phone but it gives me an error that says "ERROR: adb could not be granted root access."

I want to remove CWM and unroot the phone and start over fresh with everything factory. How can I do this?
