HELP! Went back to stock with 43v3r root, tried to root and now no root!

Hi Guys need some help here..

I used 4ever root after watching droidmodderx tutorial to go back to stock and then tried to use same to root the phone. Now i've got no root. Says superuser failed. I went back to factory stock and the phone is fine, but I don't want to do ANYTHING until I get some guidance on this. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to get back to where I can restore using clockwork....at least i had the brains to use the bootstrap CMR to back everything up before i started screwing around.....HELP!

Are you using the latest version? R3l3asedRoot V2.1

Do a factory reset and try again. I have restored my phone 20 times but 1 of those times it would not work till I did a factory reset.
