Flash on 2.1 Eclair, Droid

I have a Motorola droid running 2.1. How can I get adobe flash installed so I can view hulu.com and other flash sites? Any help would be much appreciated

Flash is a 2.2 and above exclusive application - have you thought of updating to 2.2 ?

No I live in Alaska, My Provider is ACS (Alaska Communications).... How can I upgrade to 2.2? I would love that, I just want to make sure my phone will still work.

You can use Skyfire to view some flash videos in 2.1

There is a 2.2.1 rom available here. Download: FRG83 Froyo for Original DROID - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog

But you need to be rooted. You can find all sorts of rooting guides here on the forums,

So my phone will still be fully functional after I update it right? I just thought i read somewhere that your provider has to release it, but I live in Alaska and we are always the last to get anything.

Yes, I was running 2.2 on my droid long before Verizon released it
