First use - battery?

Sorry if it's been covered already (searched but didn't see anything).

What's the best way to start using the phone? Charge fully then activate? Activate, drain battery, then charge?

How many full charge/discharge cycles should one do before using the phone normally?

Activate, use till 15%, power off, fully charge

Don't matter I've had to plug it in 2 times already today the battery is gonna suck wither way but try to drain to 10% then fully charge..
