First Time Rooting Droid Incredible

So I am looking to root my DInc but i am not familiar with any of the ROMS or anything of that sort. I want to know the simplest way to root my phone such as the one click roots i have heard of. If anyone can reply with some simple instructions i would greatly appreciate it... Also, once i have completed the root, how do i use it to get things such as themes, etc. Thank you
