first few charge cycles. Leave on 4g, or put on 3g

Since we all know 4g is a battery killer, I was curious what would be the best to condition the battery for the first few charge cycles.
My first complete cycle i had it on 4g, but for this second cycle, I put it on 3g only.

Any opinions?

Here's my first discharge on 4g. Not a ton of use, so it's pretty good. This is the extended battery.
