FireFox?

I'm a long time FireFox user on my PC. I like it. My experience using it on my Droid 2 is a different story. It scared me. After loading it and syncing it with my PC, it looked like it was working OK. Then the screen went blank for a while. The screen came back displaying distorted info. Attempting to remove FireFox from the Droid was futile. Finally I had to remove the battery before I could remove the app.

Android's version of Firefox is still in beta and has some work to be done before it's ready for primetime usage.

I used to love Firefox until Chrome came out. I decided to try out Firefox Mobile and I have the same problems you were having. I uninstalled it for now and am gonna wait until they come out with the next version. Maybe that'll fix the freezing issues.
