You can connect via usb to your pc, enable mass storage and drag and drop...

I recently got a Droid 2 and I love it. The thing is, I have an SD memory card from my previous phone with about 200 pictures that I'd really like to move onto my Droid so I can start using the bigger memory card that came with the phone. Is there any way to move the photo files from the card onto my phone, and then to my new card?

Drag and drop to your comp then to your new SD with a USB cartridge available in most electronic stores.
