A few days ago Fenix, a very popular 3rd party twitter app, was removed from the Play Store. The reason why is the app ran out of tokens. Twitter has a ridiculous policy where they only allow 3rd party twitter apps to have 100,000 users registered. This is to discourage everyone from leaving the official app in favor of a better 3rd party app.
Fenix has apparently been able to work out some sort of deal with twitter to enable more tokens. The app has been added back to the Play Store. You should probably hurry up and grab the app before this new batch of tokens runs out.
