Has there been a fix for the favorites in call log? Ere person that calls me or I call them, it goes str8 to my favorites.... help please!

I have four favorites, they are at the top. Freaquent calls are listed below favorites.

ok, i understand that, but i dont want my phone keeping a list of everyone that i call ya kno. i was on droid does.com and it said that they were supposedly coming out with a software update or sumthing to correct that proble....
