Favorite Contacts Widget

So, I love the new favorite contacts widget EXCEPT it doesn't work with any home/launcher apps except for "Don't-call-it-Blur"... Anyone having the same problem and/or know how to get around this issue??:frown:

So when I add contacts to my favorites widget, I click on their picture to call or text them and it brings up the wrong contact. Any ideas?
