Fastboot rsd lite fail

Hey i downloaded the fastboot files for my razr and was trying to go back to stock, i put the phone into AP fastboot and ran rsd lite, it said in progress for an hour and didn't do anything. On the phone it said device locked, and uptop it said flash failed. Any suggestions? Or is there any instructions on how to do this? I usually sbf thru linux method with my DX so im not too familiar with rsd lite. Ohh and on rsd it wouldn't bring up all the device info like its supposed to.

are you sure you have the right moto drivers and are using the correct version of rsd lite?

You are supposed to have your phone turned on and hooked up to USB with PC Mode active, and you need the USB debugging turned on as always. Then you open the zip file through RSD and it will extract and do the work for you.
