Fake ID Caller

Does this mod truly work, other than aesthetics?

I'm not doing this at all, just curious if you call say a government agency, could they track the fake number to your real number?

I haven't downloaded it yet, just curious how it actually works.

Well of course the government could track the call. Even public resources such as TrapCall can decipher it. It just masks your Caller ID. Really fun to prank your friends, but the ads in the beginning are extremely annoying. Give it a shot
