No incoming Caller ID

Hi, my wife and I just got Droids. The incoming caller ID works fine on my phone (the primary phone number on the account), but for her, every incoming call shows as "Unknown". Her contact list loaded correctly, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Thanks in advance for any help.

Assume you have Verizon. You may need to setup a "MyVerizon" account for her, not just have her number on your "MyVerizon" account. Just a thought!!

Nope...

I already have MyVerizon set up for both phones. Any other possibilities?
