factory reset help....

I need help my droid x is not restoring back to 2.1 i am currently rooted or was idk anymore the damn clockwork mod thing keeps poping up when i reboot... but how do i go back to 2.1 stock for my droid x ive tried reseting so many times

Did you make a back up in clockwork of stock 2.1? If not the only thing I can think of is do a Google search for the 2.3.15 sbf, but make sure you are not on a newer android version (2.3.320 or 2.3.340) because trying to flash an older version of android WILL brick your phone.

did you use z4 root? if so you can un-root with it that way.... then delete your apps and you will be good to go
