Facebook contacts on contact list

When I purchased my X and verizon transferred all my contacts from my old phone to the new I was surprised to see not only my personal contacts (wanted) but also all my "friends" from facebook (unwanted) on my new phone. How do I get rid of the facebook contacts out of my contact list.

Its an option in Facebook. Open the app then hit menu. Look around for the contact settings. The option to sync your contacts should be in there. Just unchecked the box.
