I've also used Tango. Its free and works well as long as you have a good 3G connection. Anything less, and it freezes up and the voices sound like Porky Pig.
Doesn't it work with the stock GTalk app as well as with Google+? I haven't tested it, yet, but I would bet Google+ would be the best if it works. Multiple people, from any computer (or supported Android phone), and it even lets you add people by calling a regular phone number (obviously no video for that).

The app you are referring to is called Talk, I presume? It appears to do video chat by the menus but my wife's phone hasn't arrived yet and I don't know anyone else with that capability so I haven't tried video chat. Can't wait!
***Update, got the new phone, tried Tango, ooVoo, Talk, & Qik. There's something to like about each. Like the simple interface of Qik, like group video chat on ooVoo, like using phone number on Tango, like that it starts as a vice call with option to turn cameras on/off individually. I'm liking Tango most.
But on that note, It is awesome from phone to phone but will not sync when I try and go phone to computer. Is there a setting that I might need to tweek. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
