I am on my first full day and I have had my phone on for 12 hours and I still have battery to spare. I have used it hard by downloading 2 ROMs, torch, calls and more.

My phone battery meter drains as fast as normal, but when it gets to 1%, it keeps on going for hours. I am extremely pleased with my battery.

Weird... Is that because the battery stats need to be wiped?

I have wiped it 3 times. Didn't change it. Oh well, I'm gonna keep rocking it on 1%. Been like that for a few hours lol.

I haven't really had any heavy use lately because I haven't been using it for texting which is what I mainly do but I've been on 9hrs 38mins and still have 60% but then again I haven't been texting near as much as I usually would. Idk if that's improvement or not.

That's really good. How big is the battery? Mine is 3500 mAh, which is more than double stock.

Oh, that explains it. I've heard that the Droid X/Droid 2/Droid 2 Global can't properly read batteries with that high of a capacity. I saw some posts about it on here.

I use the BP7X 1820 mAh battery in my Droid 2 Global.

Hmmm. Maybe that's why... All I want it to do is properly charge lol

And using wifi? I hears that takes more battery …

I don't live in a area that has 4g yet so my phone was constantly searching for a 4g signal which killed my battery.

Wifi actually uses less battery unless you are on a crappy network or your phone is constantly searching for a wifi network.
