for exchange 2010sp1 the recent update rollup 2 corrects the connection and security issues on droids including the sourcery rom.
however, the decision to apply update rollup 2 is up to the exchange administrators.
if they choose not to there is reportedly a work around here but since I have applied the update I cannot test this.
