Exchange Server 2003 / sync issues

Running Froyo 2.2
Droid X does not sync the 'Notes' section that is found in each contact (Outlook contacts) where I keep important information regarding that contact. Has anyone else experienced this (running Froyo 2.2)? If so, have you found a 'fix'?
