Exchange meeting request issue

Here's the deal:

Whenever I'm sent a meeting request using Outlook and I accept it from my phone, the time gets messed up for the meeting on my calendar. Example, I accepted a recurring meeting for this week at 5...it only showed up for Monday at 5 on my phone. When I open my Outlook on my computer, it shows up Mon-Fri at 9pm!
It seems the issue only occurs when I accept a meeting from my phone.
Anyone else having issues?

Not at all, but I am using Touchdown as the stock exchange app is too buggy for me.

I also have meeting time problems on the Thunderbolt. Our exchange server is located in our corporate office in central time zone. We are located in eastern time zone. I can schedule a single occurrence meeting from Outlook or phone and the meeting time will show 1 hr earlier than correct on the phone but correctly in Outlook on the PC. I can schedule a re-occurring meeting and it will be correct on both the phone and Outlook on the PC.

HTC is blaming this on our Exchange server which is running MS Server 2003. They indicated once it is upgraded to Server 2008 the problem should go away.

For reference my Thunderbolt is stock and I am using the stock email application.
