Exchange calendar sync isn't working

This worked great on my Droid, but so far isn't working write on the Incredible. Mail and Contacts seem to work fine, but Calendar events just don't show up.

Strangely, if I add an event to the Exchange calendar it appears in Outlook and on the phone. And if I delete it from Outlook, it goes away from the phone. But all the appointments I already have in Outlook refuse to show up... so my calendar looks completely empty.

Anyone else seeing problems like this?

Okay, it seems like meetings I accept now will appear, but any I accepted before I set up sync simply won't show up. This is really annoying because I have a lot of recurring meetings and appointments set up in the future which the phone just seems to ignore.
