This thing will be way over priced, have a boobie trapped lock bootloader, and horrible battery life...I guaranteeeee. I will put my investment in htc, lg, or even maybe archos.

Stop being a htc fanboy...this will sh*t on any tablet out now and to come out this year plus...htc devices have the worse bat life I woulddnt buy an lg tv let alone tab/phone and archos I won't even justify moto is muchhh better quality then anything u mentioned

I love my moto d1, but I dislike a lot about moto inlcluding horrible camera lenses, locked bootloaders, blur (gross), and I guarantee with there success they will overprice the hell out of this thing. The specs look awesome on this and it may be good enough stock though. My decision will be made by price and if there is a wifi only version. If HTC has something comparable I am definetlty going with them

I own an iPAD now and have been waiting for the next best tablet so I can sell it and get it. This is definitely IT. I had been watching the Adam tablet from Notion Ink but I lost hope. They are releasing a Wi-Fi only verson so that's good. I really don't want to be forced to pay a data plan for this but have the option to. I have yet to use my 3G on the iPAD so I have learned from experience that I don't need it.

I also hope they don't try and make this thing too expensive. They have to somehow compete with Apple so I don't think the will go overboard.

I'm definitely planning on purchasing this and SOLD already. I wonder if they will take pre-orders!

Yeah that capped data plan blows. I am hoping that they have a wifi-only version as well. If not, and if they force you to buy a data plan, I might look into buying it off-contract (besides, my bill is high enough lol)

So either way you'll get one? I might to, looks great and why care about bootloader, rooting and customize to my liking is all I need so I say hell with installing custom kernel and all that stuff. I'm happy with my droid
x with nice themes and customize stuff. Root is all I need. Some day
I'll get it but I bet it will cost around 700-800 dollars. Or shell I not say
bet? Either way I wont have data plan for it I'll just tether from my droid
x which is not cap and free.

That's like if you wanna play call of duty 4. This isn't a gaming pc its a tablet that can do most stuff except gaming where you need mouse
and keyboard. Very nice though tethering to it by droid x and doing
remote access to a server from a bar on 10 inch screen. That's awesome!
Or manage a ftp server or viewing dvd video off a iso image or mpeg or avi. I want 1gb ram for it!!

Then go get it. If you need a tablet to do simple task go get a epad.
You want a gaming system then go get a gaming system. Simple as that!
I want this tablet because it can do all the task I need. Manage my server, play some games using built in gyro, edit facebook, look at porn,
draw some boring **** Watch video, mount movies of image watch in great quality instead having a balky netbook look at pdf manuals
at the flying field. This size and this speed is perfect.
