i personally hate the hero lockscreen... i would love to switch to the lock screen that the moto droid uses. i am rooted and am running a custom rom. how do i go about getting a differant lock screen that actually works someone point me in the right direction of walk me through it.

lots of custom roms come with lock screens like the moto droid.....aloysiuss, tainted vanilla to name a few .....if you don't want to switch roms just dowload "Lockbot lite " or "lock bot somethin from the market it's free ......u can get the iphone lock, and wheel rotation lock its nice.

I have tried lockbot but it actually does not lock my phone all the way. I downloaded tainted vanilla last night and was flashing it as I made this post LOL I love the lock screen for the moto Droid and it came with it. It there a updated version of tainted vanilla past v 1.4? Cause that rom has a few bugs. But over all I live it!
