Eris - Get new email on phone, but do not receive on computer b/c viewed already

Hey

In short, I can receive new email (Gmail) on my Eris, but when I come back to my computer and send/receive my Gmail (using Mac Mail), the emails that I already viewed on my Eris do not appear. It also occurs vise versa... once I receive an email on my computer, I will not receive it on my phone.

Anyone know of a way to receive emails on BOTH the phone and on the computer (that way I can organize and keep necessary emails on the computer)?

You might get better responses on the eris forums but try to look in the email app settings, there should be an option that asks what you want the server to do with deleted/viewed messages.
