Eris 2.1 market issue

I posted this in the Eris forum but im posting here hoping to get an answer. Sorry for the double post.I am asking this for a friend. She just updated to 2.1 OTA. Now she says she can't download anything from the market. Any ideas on what she should do?She is bugging out on me.lol

She tried a hard reset still no luck. Any ideas? Anybody?

The op stated it was ota, so I'm gonna guess it was official.

To the op, did she sign in to her Google account?

She said she is signed in to google. any more ideas? thanks in advance

If it was my phone I would back-up all my stuff and do a factory reset.
