For Superuser.apk crashing please download the new version here and boot into recovery by pressing the power button and selecting reboot into recovery and flash the zip file. This is not and Epic bug, you just have the old version of Superuser and this is the newer version.

Full wipe and getting boot loops on the boot animation, have tried multiple kernels and no luck. Anyone else try this yet? Matt, have any ideas? Oh, and did you have a rom before this that was on RM?
