EMS (SMS graphics) on Droid

I have been searching and can't find anything on this. The Droid doesn't seem to do EMS through SMS. Is there a third party application that will enable the Droid to display the smileys and graphics that all other verizon phones send?

Doesn't seem to work. Someone with an LG Chocolate 3 sent me one of the faces and it just comes back blank in Handcent and the factory messaging software.

You might want to Google EMS before suggesting Handcent, which AFAIK doesn't support EMS. The smileys in some SMS apps are not the same thing as EMS.
