Emergency Help!!

Long story short. My girlfriend's Motorala Droid was grabbed by a bouncer at a bar and he deleted evidence videos of their assault on her friend. I need a way to recover those vidoes ASAP! Her friend was arrested because the bar lied about the events that went down. We need the video my girlfriend recorded as proof.

What a way to start the new year!

Thanks for the rapid reply. Now to solve the issue of getting her home. She is in Charlotte, NC visiting her friend and has no clue how to get home to her friends house. With her battery almost dead she is afraid to use the navigation and drain the battery before she makes it home. What a mess.

I will post once we are able to give it a try. Thanks

Do the navigation and quickly write down all the directions and drive carefully and safely!!! I usually feel sour towards bouncers and I wish you the best of luck!!!

Thanks. I just got off the phone with her. She found her friend's Garmin, so she can at least get home. Now to try and recover that video. Keep you posted.

BTW, I was a bouncer for a few years. Usually bouncers are just trying to keep the peace, but at that bar they were all drunk, and not professional at all.

If you can't recover it. Do you know anyone in your local police department? They maybe able to recover the video from the card. In Chicago I saw them take video from a average surveillance camera and be able to clear it up enough to identify a vehicle plate. Pretty impressive.

Any chance you can tell those of us in NC what bar it was so we can AVOID it at all costs?

EDIT: PS - Charlotte/Mecklenburg PD is pretty on the ball when it comes to recovering evidence. With all the computer companies in the state, and the sheer number of engineers we have around, if you can't recover the files, I'm SURE that they can. Just DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING to the card or else you risk losing it!
