Emergency Calls Only or No service

My Droid RAZR M is seemingly stuck in emergency calls only mode
Ive tried:
1. Forced Reboot and Waited 15 minutes
2. Factory Wipe
3. Reseating the sim card
4. Going from global to gsm/wcdma only and trying to manually register on one of the 3 networks
5. Going into the *#*#4636#*#* thing and changing through and selecting radio bands(us) which is successful
But no dice.
I heard about a entering pin thing on bionic forums but it doesnt prompt for anything
I just bought this ive had it for less than 24hours, Im trying to use digicel jamaica which used 850mhz for hspa+
I got service once when i purchased the sim card and it was activated and once around 11pm EST when I was asleep (missed called text messages came in)
It seems to be a common problem with droids after googling
Please I need help

Problem solved, I just put the sim in my other phone then signed up for a data plan and now it works in the razr m
