email?

I love my Maxx but the email working when it wants to is driving me crazy? Anyone have any idea what's wrongs with it? Tried everything but nothing works. It works when it wants to.

just got back from the verizon store, and since i just got the maxx a few days ago, they just went in the back room and opened me up another maxx.

OK, I'm confused. I see no replies, and I see one member posting a problem and another saying it's solved and "thanking" those who replied. They're not even the same phone types in the profiles. Am I missing something?
