Email push on ics 232 not working

I have my corporate email on my bionic set to push...but the only way I get email updates is when I hit the refresh button. Anyone have similar experience or ideas on how to remedy?

Look and see if in the account sync section in the settings is checked

I am on .232 and have a work Exchange e-mail account set up. I have push set on this account with no problems.

Thanks...what I didn't know is that one of the battery profiles turns off account sync.
