email problems

i send emails to a customer base from my office desktop computer using micorsoft publisher to design a sales flyer and outlook mail to merge and email. When emails are returned as bad addresses, i receive them in my desktop and the droid. then later, the flyers mysteriously appear in other non-related received and sent emails? only in the droid

I am finding it hard to understand this. More information/clarification would be helpful. Nonetheless, is gmail set up with different "From" addresses? Perhaps this is causing the problem.
