Email not consistantly coming thru

Having serious issues with my email accounts. I have two accounts with different email providers. Both are acting up the same. I have my email being pulled off the server in four days on Outlook. So when I close outlook at work, I should recieve all my emails on my Droid. Those emails should stay on my Droid for 4 days. Every once in a while it will be working great and then it just shuts down. Friday night after I left work I got all my emails to come through the phone. Saturday and Sunday have been a different story. Not a single email as come thru. Any ideas?

Is the circle spinning like it's checking email? Sometimes mime just sits there. Try and reboot the phone and see if it starts working. Sometimes that works for me.

Rebooting works for me, but why is this happening in the first place. Rebooting several times a day is a pain. There must be others having this issue as well. Any idea of a fix?
