Email from Exchange containing strikethrough text

I have a user who receives emails regularly that contain strikethrough text and we have found that when he views the email on his DROID the strikethrogh is not there it just shows the text without it but the strikethrough exists when checking his Outlook or OWA. IS this an issue with the Exchange Activesyn app on the DROID? Is there a way this can be fixed thru a setting or is there another app that may be better to sync his email?
