Email folders

I use outlook 2003 for email. Is there a way to move email to folders or add folders> Seems when an email arrives I either have the choice to delete or forward. there are occasions I would like to save them. Anyone else have the same issue?

You are correct. You can "view" other folders, but you cannot do management of e-mails to folders.

That would be because those other folders in Outlook are offline (unless you are using MS Exchange in which case they "may" be offline, depending on whether you store them on the server or a PST).

Unless you are using an online mail solution with IMAP (ie. GMail) you can't sync that way. (WinMo can't either, I don't know about BB), so you have to do your maintenance of mail with your mail client (except of course GMail where you can Tag and "Archive"... but that isn't actually moving the mail... just tagging it).
