Email and deleting programms

I used to have a crackberry storm and now i switched to the droid and loveeeee it so much better is there any way to put my yahoo, msm, and aol email addies onto my droid besides gmail? and also is there any way to delete programs and icons off my droid like amazon music. I went threw the settings and application but nothing seems to work. Thanks V
