Earthlink Hosted Domain - Setting Up E-Mail

My company's e-mail domain is hosted by earthlink. I can't seem to set up e-mail on my phone for this reason since the POP server is not pop.earthlink.net and the SMTP is smtpauth.hosting.earthlink.net. Any suggestions?
